We start with the end in mind; we see our children as future visionaries. It is our goal to provide a learning experience where our children are allowed to be innovative. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are encouraged. We promote self- love and teach the importance of being involved and giving back to our community. Every activity is meant to stimulate the whole child; cognitive, social, emotional and physical. Our learning environment is positive and engaging for our students, allowing them to tap into their creativity, gain confidence and experience success. MEET OUR FOUNDER
Deidre Britt
Deidre Britt, Founder of Britt Children's Academy is an alumni of the University of Central Florida and also a graduate of Webster University's Master's Program. Deidre holds the belief that education is the key to unlocking a new world. ‘Learning through play’ is the mantra she lives by. With lots of love and patience her goal is to make sure that each child will gain invaluable principles and teachings that will last them a lifetime.
As a mom of two, she understands the feelings of ambiguity when choosing a center and she recognizes the importance of providing a strong academic and social foundation for every child. Deidre ensures that everyone who crosses the threshold of BCA feels welcomed and comfortable. As for the rest, well... 'the proof is in the pudding.'
When she isn't busy grooming the leaders of tomorrow, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her kids and husband. As well as crafting and catching up on one of her many books!
Our Staff
Our teachers are dedicated women who love what they do as well as the children. All staff hold the DCF 40-hour requirement or a Staff Credential. Our staff are also CPR and First Aid Qualified.
